Here at Prebeat, our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly possible. Our orders are sent fast and tracked with either DPD or FedEx. You will also receive the tracking by text and/or email once the order is dispatched.  

Smaller orders which are under £50 and small in size will be shipped using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Tracked service.  

Delivery on orders over £50 to mainland UK is free. For orders under £50, the charge is just £3.95. Orders for non mainland UK destinations (see our main delivery page) are free when you spend £100.

RETURNS

You can buy from us knowing you have 30 days to return an item for a full refund, as long as that item is returned in its brand new and unused condition. For full details of our Returns Policy, see our main Returns page.

All of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 1 year. Should a product be faulty within 30 days of purchase, just contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost for a replacement. After the 30 day period, you will need to return the item for repair under warranty.
