The Neutrik NE8MX-B-1-D is a bulk box containing 100 disassembled black etherCON cable connector housings. Each housing converts a compatible conventional RJ45 plug into a rugged, lockable connection for professional Ethernet and network applications.

The supplied boot supports cables with an outside diameter between 3.5mm and 8mm. The carrier accepts many commonly used RJ45 plugs, although compatibility should be confirmed before beginning a large cable production run.

The completed connector does not intermate with the Neutrik NE8FDY-C6 or NE8FDY-C6-B CAT6 chassis connectors.

Black KTL-Coated Housing

The connector carrier uses a zinc diecast shell with a durable black KTL coating. This provides a discreet finish suitable for professional stage systems, equipment racks and permanent installations.

The boot is manufactured from polyamide, while the internal chuck-type strain relief uses polyacetal. Optional coloured boots are available separately for cable identification and system coding.
