Specialist Stands for Music, Presentations and Events

From keeping sheet music within view to creating a dedicated presentation position, the right stand helps organise your working space. Prebeat’s Other Stands category brings together equipment for rehearsals, performances, conferences and venue use.

Browse music and instrument supports, Global Truss lecterns, AV equipment trolleys and elumen8 barrier posts and ropes, alongside selected mounting accessories.

Music Stands and Guitar Stands

A music stand keeps scores, teaching materials or performance notes at a convenient reading height. When choosing, consider the size of the music rest, adjustment range and whether you will play seated or standing.

Guitar stands provide a dedicated resting place for an instrument between songs or practice sessions. Check that the support suits your guitar’s shape and finish, and allow enough space around it to avoid accidental knocks. Explore our guitar accessories for accompanying equipment.

Lecterns for Speakers and Presenters

A lectern gives presenters a defined position and a surface for notes during speeches, meetings and events. Truss-style designs can complement a stage or conference setup while keeping the presentation area organised.

Compare the reading surface, overall dimensions and transport requirements with your venue’s needs. If the presenter also needs amplification, plan the microphone position alongside the lectern and browse our microphone stands for suitable support options.

Laptop and Projector Trolleys

A laptop or projector trolley offers a movable support for presentations, training sessions and shared AV spaces. It can be useful where equipment needs to move between rooms or be stored after use.

Check platform dimensions, load capacity and adjustment options against your equipment. Leave room for connections and ventilation, and plan cable routes around the trolley’s final position.

Barrier Posts and Ropes for Venue Entrances

Barrier posts and ropes help define reception areas, guide queues and mark out sections of an event space. The range includes chrome and gold posts with compatible rope options in different colours and finishes.

Choose the appearance to suit your venue, then plan the number of posts and rope lengths around the intended layout. Allow clear access through entrances and circulation routes, and check whether posts and ropes are supplied separately.

For the wider event setup, explore our stands, staging and trussing range.
