Choosing the correct hardware is an essential part of connecting equipment to its supporting structure. Whether you are sourcing fittings for a venue installation or replacing components in an existing setup, each item needs to suit its intended connection and application.

Prebeat’s range includes specialist clamps, mounting brackets and tubular fittings. Select around the dimensions of the support, the attachment method and the manufacturer’s stated operating requirements.

Pipe Clamps, Girder Clamps and Marquee Clamps

Different support structures require different fittings. A pipe clamp needs to match the tube it attaches to, while girder clamps are specified for particular beam dimensions. Marquee clamps provide options for compatible marquee structures.

Check the fitting range and permitted mounting arrangement before ordering. Where a working load limit is specified, it applies under the manufacturer’s stated conditions; the supporting structure must also be suitable for the proposed load.

For marquee installations, confirm the attachment arrangement with the structure’s supplier or responsible installer.

Key Clamp Fittings for Tubular Assemblies

Our elumen8 key clamp selection includes elbows, tee fittings, crossovers, inline joints, wall plates and bases. These offer connection options for suitable tubular assemblies, with black and silver finishes available across selected fittings.

Key clamp fittings should not be treated as interchangeable with connectors designed for a proprietary truss system.

Omega Brackets and Mounting Components

Omega-style brackets and other mounting components provide attachment options for compatible equipment. The range includes different sizes and designs, so matching the product name alone is not enough to establish a suitable fit.

Check fixing centres, fastener requirements, dimensions and compatibility with the exact fixture or assembly. Confirm which bolts and other fittings are included, and use replacements that meet the equipment manufacturer’s requirements.

Choosing Hardware for the Complete Setup

Consider the whole connection, from the equipment and its bracket through to the support structure. A component’s load rating does not establish the capacity of the complete assembly, and physical fit alone does not confirm suitability.

Use the manufacturer’s instructions and technical information when selecting hardware, with competent planning and installation for structural or overhead applications.
