About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Prebeat Ltd. We supply equipment to businesses, professional users and private customers. Business purchases are those made wholly or mainly for trade, business or professional purposes.

Please read these terms alongside our Delivery Information and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders, prices and payment

Full payment is required when ordering. Our automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.

Orders are subject to stock availability and payment security checks. Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price or unsuccessful payment verification. We will notify you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. Any price correction requires your agreement.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Please check your order and contact details carefully before submitting them.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges, restrictions and estimated times are shown on our website and at checkout. Estimates are subject to the service selected and any stated order cut-off time. Contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and make suitable arrangements to receive your order. If incorrect details or a failure to receive delivery cause additional return or redelivery costs, we may charge the reasonable costs incurred where legally permitted. Charges will not apply where the failure is ours or the courier’s responsibility.

“Leave safe” and alternative delivery instructions

If you expressly authorise us or the courier to leave your order in a specified safe place, you accept responsibility for its security once it has been delivered. We are not responsible for subsequent theft or loss from that location.

Checking deliveries and reporting problems

Please inspect your delivery promptly and report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items within three working days of receipt. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the goods, packaging and delivery label. Retain the packaging while we investigate.

Cancellations and returns

For business purchases, there is no automatic change-of-mind return entitlement. Cancellation of an accepted business order or return of non-faulty goods requires our written agreement. Any agreed return conditions, carriage charges or reasonable restocking costs will be confirmed before you proceed. This does not affect remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Consumers buying online normally have 14 days after receiving their goods to return them. Our Returns Policy explains the process, return costs and refunds.

Faults, warranties and product use

Products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties may require registration and are subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.

Please report faults promptly, provide proof of purchase and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. We may request photographs, details of the installation or information about how the equipment has been used.

We are not responsible for faults caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for an underlying product defect. Warranty cover is additional to applicable statutory rights.
