Prebeat Ltd accept online orders on the basis of making full payment at the time of ordering.  Once an order is despatched it cannot be cancelled, however you can return an order unused at your own cost within 14 days of purchase.  Prebeat Ltd accept all major credit and debit cards online via our secure server to offer our customers protection.  Payments are also accepted from Paypal and we ask that you use the address which is confirmed by them.  Our card processing system requires 3D secure to verify your details for both your security and our protection and orders can be held when address and secure details do not match.

The price shown on our website is deemed as correct, however due to human error or stock availability errors Prebeat Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and notify the customer accordingly.

All the products we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated and carry the manufacturers warranty which is always  a minimum of 1 year (12 months) from the purchase date.  Some manufacturers offer their own extended warranty with registration often required by the customer - we accept no reposibility for this extended warranty or any costs incurred due to warranty issues.  However, as a company who values our customer we will always do our best to assist in the process of any warranty returns.  For full details of our returns process please visit our returns page.

Once an order is passed to our courier we assume they will deliver within the service we are using, however Prebeat Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by weather or traffic conditions that may delay the courier with the delivery to the customer.  Our website states an estimated delivery timescale which can be impacted by events completely out of our control.  Any damages should be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the item to allow a valid claim with our courier.
