We aim to dispatch and deliver every order as quickly as possible. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery At A Glance

• Free standard delivery on orders over £50

• Standard delivery is £3.95 on orders under £50

• Next Working Day Delivery is available on most of our catalogue at checkout

• Tracking is provided by email and, when a mobile number is supplied, by text message with some couriers

Some large or specialist products are excluded from our standard delivery options. Any restrictions or additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

Next Working Day Delivery

Need your order quickly? Next Working Day Delivery is available on most of our catalogue and can be selected at checkout when it is available for the products in your basket.

Next Working Day Delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. For example, an order dispatched on Friday using this service would normally be delivered on Monday.

Orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown on the delivery options list. This may be 2pm or 3pm, depending on the product and its dispatch location. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

The available delivery services will be confirmed at checkout once you have added your items and entered your delivery address.

Standard UK Delivery

Our standard delivery charges are the same throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands:

• Orders over £50: Free standard delivery

• Orders under £50: £3.95 standard delivery

The estimated standard delivery time for each item is shown on its product page.

Some smaller orders weighing under 2kg may be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Our Delivery Partners

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

We also use other trusted delivery partners, including FedEx, APC and DPD. Larger, longer or specialist products may occasionally be sent using another suitable carrier or dispatched directly from one of our suppliers.

The carrier used will be selected according to the items in your order and your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking notifications are usually emailed the day before delivery. Depending on when the parcel is processed by the carrier, this email may be sent at any time up to midnight.

If you provide a mobile telephone number when placing your order, you may receive tracking notifications by text message or SMS from the courier on the day of delivery.

Please check your tracking updates so that you know when to expect your delivery and can use any available delivery options provided by the carrier.

Receiving Your Delivery

For courier deliveries, someone should be available to receive the parcel where required. Many carriers also provide options such as rearranging delivery, selecting a collection point or choosing an alternative delivery preference.

If a parcel is returned to us because the carrier was unable to complete the delivery, a £15 charge will apply. This covers the return charge made to us by the carrier.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the item, so please check all items as soon as you receive them.

Pallet Deliveries

Some larger products cannot be sent using a standard parcel service and must be delivered on a pallet.

Pallet delivery costs:

• Orders under £750: £69

• Orders over £750: Free pallet delivery

Pallet deliveries are available to Mainland UK only. The appropriate charge or delivery restriction will be shown at checkout.

Live tracking is not normally available for pallet deliveries, but we will advise you of the expected delivery day so that someone can be available to receive the order.
