Delivery Information

Here at Prebeat, our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use a selection of delivery partners including DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail for a fast, tracked and reliable service.  You will also receive the tracking via text and/or email once the order is dispatched.  There are occasions when other couriers are used - for instance for large items such as trussing or if we direct ship an item from the supplier.

Standard Delivery
Some small items will be shipped via Royal Mail on their TRACKED48 service
Delivery on orders over £50 to mainland UK is free. For orders under £50, the charge is only £3.95.

Many of our products may have a next working day option available at checkout depending on your location and the items in your basket.

Each product on our website has an idea of delivery time shown, this is based on standard delivery.  Next day delivery is available on many products which clearly shows a cut off of either 2pm or 3pm depending on the products location.

Delivery to the following destinations is available - although takes slightly longer - and is free on orders over £100, with a £10 charge on orders below this value:

• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands
• Channel Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle Of Man

For courier deliveries it is important that someone is available to receive the delivery - if an item is returned to us due to no one being available to receive the item then a charge of £15.00 will be made which is the cost charged to us by the courier.  Therefore, please look out for your tracking so you know when to expect delivery.  Most couriers will make 2 attempts at delivery and also have many other options such as pickup shops available too.

Pallet Deliveries - Some larger items that cannot be delivered via a courier will be shipped via the pallet network.  Tracking is not available for this type of delivery, but we will advise on the delivery day so you can make sure someone is available to receive the item(s).  This is charged at £69.00 for orders below £750, and free above that amount.  Please be aware that pallet items can only be delivered to mainland UK and are not available for the Highlands & Islands.  This charge will appear at checkout.

All damages or missing items must be reported within 3 workings days of receiving your delivery.
