Prebeat has been selling sound and lighting equipment to the entertainment industry for over 25 years and has gained a reputation for offering a great range of products at very competitive prices - all while maintaining a high standard of service to our customers. As one of the first retailers in our industry to sell online, we've continuously developed to make sure we always offer an easy solution, helping you find the right equipment for your needs.

We used to have a very large showroom, but as we all know, customers are moving more online for their purchases, so in 2015 we moved to our current Hartlepool base on Queens Meadow Business Park. This allowed us to have a larger warehouse while still providing a showroom facility, albeit a smaller one. However, in June 2025 due to lack of demand we decided to close our showroom and no longer have this available. Local customers can contact us to arrange to collect items should they require by appointment.

In November 2025, we launched our latest and most advanced website - and we hope you love it! Whether you're reading this now on a desktop PC, tablet or your mobile device, we hope you find it easy to use and navigate your way around the site - and, as always, we welcome any feedback. Our website features over 5000 products which are available for speedy delivery and we're adding to the range on a daily basis.
