The Chauvet DJ Blazor is a high impact LED barrel scanner designed to fill dancefloors, stages and event spaces with wide moving gobo effects. Built around a bright 115W LED source, it delivers punchy multi coloured projections and sweeping mirror movement, making it a strong choice for mobile DJs, parties, bars, clubs, themed events and venue lighting setups.

Unlike a standard derby or moonflower effect, the Blazor uses a rotating mirror barrel plus mirror dish to create broad room filling movement with up to 176 degrees of coverage. This makes it especially effective when you want large moving patterns across walls, ceilings and dancefloors from a single compact fixture. It can produce impressive visual effects even without heavy smoke or haze, while haze can add extra depth to the projected beams.

Creative control is a key strength of the Blazor. Separate colour and gobo wheels allow more varied programming, with 6 colours plus open, split colour options and continuous scrolling at variable speeds. The 7 metal gobos are rotating, indexing and interchangeable, giving users the flexibility to customise looks for different events. The included holiday gobo pack also makes it useful for seasonal parties, Christmas events, Halloween nights and themed venue displays.

For quick setups, the Blazor can run in automatic and sound active modes, making it easy to add movement and colour without a lighting desk. Master and slave operation allows multiple units to be linked for synchronised shows, with slave options for copied or coordinated effects. For more advanced rigs, DMX control is available with 4 or 11 channel modes through 3 pin XLR connections.

The fixture is also compatible with the optional Chauvet IRC-6 remote, allowing convenient control of key functions when DMX is not required. Power linking helps reduce cable runs when using multiple units, while the included hanging bracket makes it suitable for mobile rigs and venue installation.
