This item is B-Grade which means it is a new product with a full warranty but the product or packaging may have some slight damage.  On this unit there is a dent on the front side that isn't too visible but does slightly impact the adjustement on the nozzle.  However, most people would set the nozzle angle and leave it - it still can be adjusted as we have bent the side back slightly to allow this.  So this is a bargain as it is brand new.
