NU-X B-11 PRO Violin Wireless System

The NU-X B-11 PRO is a professional 2.4GHz wireless microphone system designed specifically for violin and viola.

It transmits audio at 24-bit/48kHz resolution with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. Three selectable transmission modes provide latency settings of 3.6ms, 6.1ms or 9.9ms, allowing performance to be adjusted for low latency or increased stability.

An operating range of up to 50 metres provides freedom of movement during live performances, rehearsals and other amplified applications.

Pro Series Anti-Interference Technology

The B-11 PRO combines intelligent frequency hopping, 1MHz narrowband transmission, Audio Zip/Unzip processing, six stability levels and a true-diversity dual-antenna design.

Automatic channel selection searches for a suitable operating channel, helping maintain a stable signal in environments containing multiple wireless devices.

Reverb Effects and Instrument EQ

Built-in Room, Hall and Plate reverb effects can be activated from the transmitter. Detailed reverb parameters are controlled through the receiver’s user interface.

Ten EQ presets and two customisable EQ settings provide sound options for violin and viola. Preset styles include Classical, Modern and Warm, with custom settings available for creating individual EQ configurations.

Cardioid Condenser Microphone

The supplied condenser microphone has a cardioid polar pattern and is tuned for violin performance. Its shock-absorbing structure reduces vibration reaching the microphone while keeping the microphone assembly compact and lightweight.

Separate violin and viola transmitter mounts are included. The transmitter attaches magnetically to the fitted mount, allowing it to be quickly removed for charging or attached between performances.

Rechargeable Wireless Operation

Both the transmitter and receiver contain rechargeable lithium batteries. The transmitter provides up to 6.5 hours of operation, while the receiver provides up to 11 hours.
