The Citronic DMX-SR8 is a professional 19 inch rack mount 8 way DMX splitter designed to distribute one DMX512 signal across multiple lighting lines while helping maintain signal strength and reliability. It is ideal for venues, theatres, touring racks, production companies, hire stock and fixed lighting installations where a single DMX chain is not practical or dependable enough.

By splitting the DMX signal into eight isolated outputs, the DMX-SR8 helps create cleaner cable routes and reduces the risk of one problem line affecting the rest of the system. This is especially useful when running fixtures in different areas of a venue, across truss positions, around a stage or through larger lighting rigs where long daisy chains can become difficult to manage.

The rear panel provides one 3-pin DMX input, one 3-pin DMX thru connection and eight 3-pin DMX outputs, making it straightforward to integrate into standard DMX lighting setups.
