The Q-Audio FreeStage 6 is a compact battery-powered PA speaker designed for live performers, presenters, fitness instructors, schools, buskers and small events. Its rechargeable battery, built-in mixer and flexible playback options provide a self-contained sound system that can be used where mains power is unavailable or inconvenient.

A 100W RMS Class D amplifier with DSP processing powers the 6.5-inch coaxial loudspeaker system. Three-Channel Mixer with Microphone and Guitar Inputs

The integrated three-channel mixer allows microphones, instruments and audio equipment to be connected without requiring a separate mixing desk. Channels one and two each have an XLR and 6.35mm combination input with selectable microphone, line or guitar sensitivity.

Both channels include independent level, reverb, low EQ and high EQ controls. This allows microphones and instruments to be balanced and adjusted directly from the rear panel.

Channel three handles Bluetooth, USB playback and the additional line inputs. A balanced 6.35mm input is provided for professional line-level equipment, while the 3.5mm stereo input can be used with compatible phones, tablets, computers and music players.

Bluetooth, USB Playback and TWS Linking

Bluetooth connectivity provides convenient wireless playback from a compatible mobile device. Music can also be played directly from a suitable USB storage device using the integrated media controls.

The TWS function allows two compatible FreeStage speakers to be linked for wireless stereo playback. A balanced XLR mixed output is also available for sending the combined signal to another powered speaker, mixer or recording device.

Rechargeable Battery and Mains Operation

The internal 12V 6Ah rechargeable battery makes the FreeStage 6 suitable for portable use. It can also operate from a 100 to 240V AC mains supply while the battery is charging.

A battery-level indicator displays the approximate remaining charge. The USB-C 5V/2A output can charge a compatible phone or other portable device during use. This USB-C connection is an output and does not charge the speaker itself.
