Protekt Plus CPFXL Universal X-Large Pick Foam Case

The Protekt Plus CPFXL is an extra-large universal flight case with a customisable pick-and-pluck foam interior. It is designed for compatible DJ controllers, live mixers and other equipment that fits within its 680 x 450 x 120mm internal space.

The pre-scored foam can be shaped around the equipment by removing individual cubes, creating a fitted internal compartment without requiring specialist cutting equipment.

Customisable Pick-and-Pluck Foam

The foam interior allows the case to be configured for different equipment shapes and sizes. Space can also be created for compatible cables, power supplies and other accessories.

Equipment should be measured and the complete layout planned before any foam is removed. Leaving sufficient foam around the equipment helps maintain separation from the case walls and other stored items.

Padded Protective Interior

The CPFXL combines its pick-and-pluck foam with thick EVA padding and egg-crate foam inside the lid.

These padded surfaces help cushion compatible equipment while reducing movement, vibration and contact with the case interior during transportation.

Reinforced Flight Case Construction

The case is manufactured from 7mm honeycomb laminated plywood with an anodised aluminium frame and reinforced steel ball corners.

Recessed butterfly latches provide a secure closure and are compatible with suitable padlocks. Padlocks are not included.

Spring-loaded carrying handles fold flat when released, helping reduce protrusions during transport and storage. Industrial-strength rubber feet provide stability when the case is placed on a suitable surface.

Compatible DJ and Audio Equipment

The manufacturer identifies the CPFXL as suitable for compatible equipment including the Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX6, DDJ-800, DDJ-SX2 and DDJ-SX3; Reloop Mixon 4 and Mixon 8; Denon DJ Prime 2 and MC7000; Numark NS4FX, NS4, NS6 and NV II; Roland DJ-505 and DJ-808; and Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S3 and S4 MK3.

Published live-mixer compatibility includes the Alto Live 1604, Mackie ProFX16 V3 and Mackie ProFX22 V3. Equipment dimensions should always be checked before the internal foam is configured.
