Returns | Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you need to return anything to us, then here are a few simple reminders to make sure there are no delays or unexpected problems - as we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service.

1 – Items should be returned in their original packaging

2 – Always include all accessories just as when it arrived

3 – Make sure you seal the product box using clear tape only

4 – Always use outer packaging such as a larger box or bubble wrap

5 – Effects machines should always be empty of any fluid

Just remember to send the item(s) back as you would expect to receive them.

You have 14 days from purchase to return your item for a full refund; however, the item must arrive back with us as new and in a re-saleable condition.

Warranty | Items faulty within 30 days
Thankfully it is rare, but on occasion, an item is received and it doesn’t work. First of all, contact us with a description of the fault so we can discuss and make sure the item is faulty. We will then arrange for the item to be returned and tested to confirm the fault. Once this is done, we will send you a replacement. It is important to ensure the item has a fault. If the item comes back and no fault is found, there will be a charge of £15 to cover the courier collection and re-delivery costs.

Warranty | Items faulty after 30 days
All the products we sell carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. First of all, contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Then you will need to return the item to us and we will check and confirm the fault. The item will then be repaired by the manufacturer under their warranty. Please allow around 2 weeks for this with most manufacturers.

Always include a copy of your receipt with any return as proof of purchase and warranty.

Some manufacturers offer extended warranties. Should an item be faulty after 12 months, please contact them directly. All warranties are that of the manufacturer and as such, Prebeat Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to warranty issues.
