Battery-powered uplighters let you position lighting where it creates the best effect, without needing a mains socket beside every fixture. Use them to wash walls with colour, highlight pillars and entrances, or coordinate a venue with a wedding theme or corporate colour scheme.
Prebeat’s wireless lighting range includes individual LED fixtures and uplighter packs for mobile DJs, event hire companies and venues. Choose from different housing finishes, colour combinations and control options to suit your presentation and workflow.
Battery power and wireless control serve different purposes. A rechargeable battery powers the light, while wireless DMX sends control signals between compatible equipment. Fixtures combining both can operate without power or DMX cables during an event.
Selected models offer static colours, automatic programmes, remote control or wireless DMX. Check the supported wireless system when combining fixtures and transmitters, as compatibility varies. Explore our lighting control range for equipment to manage your setup.
RGBW, RGBA and six-colour HEX fixtures offer different colour-mixing options. Depending on the model, dedicated white, amber and UV LEDs expand the available effects and shades. Consider beam angle and output alongside colour choice when planning coverage across walls or architectural features.
Battery runtime varies with brightness, colour selection and operating mode. A quoted maximum runtime may apply to single-colour use rather than running every LED at full output. Compare operating times and charging requirements against the length of your events, particularly when preparing equipment for consecutive bookings.
For garden receptions, marquees and outdoor feature lighting, choose a fixture with a suitable IP rating and follow its stated operating conditions. Battery operation alone does not make a light weather-resistant, and some outdoor-rated models are intended for temporary use.
Complete your event setup with complementary LED PAR cans and DJ lighting. When transporting individual uplighters, choose suitably sized padded bags or product cases to help protect them between events.
